When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that Person..

When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed.

They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with

Guidance and support,

To aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually.

They may seem like a godsend and they are.

They are there for the reason you need them to be.

Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time,

This person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an End.

Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away.

Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand.

What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done.

The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.

Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share, grow or learn.

They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh.

They may teach you something you have never done.

They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy..

Believe it, it is real. But only for a season.

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons;

Things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation..

Your job is to accept the lesson,

Love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life.

It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

Entry 472: Ugly facts about me.. Come clean, I have nothing to hide.

In case some people feel that I'm trying to HIDE my past.. I'm never so.
I can boldy say all the bad deeds I've done before.. and how ugly as a person I am.
From my appearance to my deepest inner self..

When I speak up for anyone, I really mean it.. Cos I lOVE that person.
When I voice out, I don't intend to hide anything but I just want to try to let anyone else who is going to be implicated by my past to live a better life.

So.. here goes.. I'll list as many as I can..

1) I was involved in an online assault by blogging a girl who used to be my 'close' friend. It was in a spite of things that she had done which made some of us disgusted.

2) I took my sis's clothes and other stuffs since young and most of the time, without her permission.

3) I lied to my mom about staying back in school during Primary school years and went to the playground to play.

4) I stole things and was caught. Yes, brought back to the police station.

5) I was molested.

6) I was being followed more than once.

7) I do refute my parents or other adults when my opinions dont get heard.

8) I am no longer a virgin. (If u're going to harp on this, I think u must be deprived of sexual satisfaction.)

9) I depend on make-up to be prettier cos I'm just not that good-looking under cosmetics.

10) I have very little brows and looked horrible when my face is naked. But I had embroidery so it's better now,

11) I snapped 'indecent' photos of myself (not naked) but I was reprimanded by people who care about me.
12) I was very into knowing more guys when I was in lwer secondary. (the period you start to get involved in BGR)

13) I slit my wrist times before. (Nothing proud)

14) I remembered vaguely that I wanted to step on another young kid when I was in preschool.. Or below pri 2.

15) I do belittle people. And I believe there are people who think Im just as inferior. Im totally fine with it (:

Yesterday.. hit the highway to Muar, Johor..

We were all unfamiliar with Muar and as my FB status mentioned..

85% driving

10% Toilet break

5% Eating

The only place we settled for food..

It was about 5pm already I think

I don't think the food is nice..

Not that fresh either..

Looks like some ulu place >.<

Let's just go JB!

Initially they wanted to head to JB.. but we took so long to hit the highway.. it was already 7plus when we paused halfway on the highway for toilet break.

Decided to go back SG. Was so so glad we were back..

Lesson learnt: Don't try exploring foreign countries if you are not familiar or do not have anyone to guide u!

And today's trip to Muar just made my aches worst!

I was so happy I got As for all the 3 stations I had confidence in.

Entry 459: When actions and objective don't meet.. (MUST READ FOR COUPLES)

First, I have to clarify a point that some peeps out there might have forgotten.

Or at least for the benefits of those who did not receive the same education.

A persuasive writing should be long.

Long enough to convince.

Of course, in my case, it is going to be long

but I'm not going to convince you.

It's really.. up to you (:

Scenario:

She was fuming mad when he couldn't even decide on the slightest thing - what to order in the menu.

Later in the week, she explained her actions claiming that it was for his good.

She wanted him to be like a man and be more decisive.

It will take her anything, even to be the bad person, to turn him into the man she desires.

However, as days passed..

Issues began to arise again and again.

This time round, because of a cup of milk.

In his grumbles, he mentioned, "She said wife is the biggest. What do you think?"

...

In this short scenario, it is somewhat clear what was happening.

I can't say who is to be blamed. Cos both have their reasons.

However, the point I'm going to make here is the fact that her "actions and objective" don't meet.

Let me elaborate.

When she claimed that it was all for his good to be a man.

She indirectly overturned her philosophy when she said "Wife is the biggest"

In this short phrase, it shows the dominating party.

Both of them have their temper, but eventually, the guy would give in.

Succumb to all the rantings by her.

Someone asked me that is it because he feels that as long as he has a girlfriend/wife, he is already blessed?

Simply put, he feels that to get a lifetime partner is like picking stars from the sky, that is why he'll make do with anyone who comes along and showed him that she cares, somehow.

And when he is committed, he gave it all.

Why do I say she overturned her philosophy?

Have you ever come across the word "henpecked man"?

This type of guys will never go against their wife or dare to contradict their wife.

This might be a cause of

"I just want to please her, and make her happy. Why quarrel when I could just obey and ease things?"

Can you sense the contradiction now?

If not, let me continue..

To smear a man's face like it is worth not even a single is like pushing your limits and disgracing a woman's traits.

Allow me to say, this is a referral from a chinese book.

It was the 100th book written by the female author that I read which bears the title

which suggested that females with a sweet and honeyed mouth will lead a blissful life.

(pardon I do not remember the actual title, but the meaning is there)

In this book, it suggested ways to treat a guy - be it husband/boyfriend.

It depicted some scenes in which the girl 'acts' like she is the less authorized person in the relationship.

But actually, with such strategic moves, she is, in fact, in the upperhand.

Why not try being sweeter? It doesn't harm to be like this.

It is a capability every woman possesses, but just a matter whether you've decided to throw it away.

If not, it's not too late to get it back.

Make it a habit, sooner or later, you'll discover the wonders!

Ok back to the point.

A guy who has that intention in mind (cause)

will never go against the wife which gradually turns him into a henpecked husband.

Is this what she desires?

I don't think this is the so-called outcome she wanted.

This does not serve as a 101% workabe solution for every couples, but I think it applies to all ages.

Encouragement.

Like a child, we need to constantly acknowledge and praise them meaningfully.

Provide positive feedbacks and continue to cheer them on when they fail to succeed.

Likewise, adults need these encouragement and acknowledgement.

We need to be appreciated, what's more, we need to KNOW that we're being valued.

And all these can be simply achieved as long as we allow it.

"Everything will turn right.. when we let it"

In the moment you decided to make that change, you'll see the differences later some time.

Maybe not immediate, but definitely will.

Some one (she knows who she is, so I shall not name names) said that I'll only rant on other's relationship probs but not reflecting on mine.

I claimed that my relationship is well and ongoing, blissful and happy.

And she refuted that I had my complaints about not being a priority in my bf's list.

Oh well, she even said we look fake with these sweetness we have.

All I could say is, I know how it really is.

I don't needa fake what not.

And it's more like "looking at the situation" before I act in public.

It's only that once I broke down like a bitch holding a chopper during some occassion.

But I swore to myself I'll never forgive myself if I ever do that again.

I'll never want to make my boyfriend lose face or be in a difficult position because of me no more.

No, seriously not what a considerate gf should do.

I don't wanna fall into the trap like hers.

So I'll do whatever I can to make him happy.

Of course, no relationship is a 100% perfection.

At least, make an effort to work things out.

And this applies for both gender.

I've ever ask BBya a few times..

And he ever gave me comments random times.

He acknowledged the fact that he did neglected me somehow.

But he assured his love and care through words and small actions

(thou sometimes in fit of anger, everything might seem to be too tiny to be seen)

We might have exchanged crude remarks with each other (not that vulgar thou)

But we will never let go.

We quarrelled but later we solve those probs too.

Now, we are too tired to quarrel.

Give and take.

You'll realise things turn out to be so much better

Don't you wish to see the sunshine and rainbow after the thunder rain? ^.^

It happens every day in our life.

We got so upset or at least a little affected when our efforts are not acknowledged.

But the art of giving,

is in giving itself.

The process of providing for others who might need your service

The proccess of putting in the hardwork into doing that something

Perhaps

We learnt that rewards and praises are the only type of acknowledgement.

We see results as satisfaction and compliments as happiness level booster

What we failed to see

Is the Joy in giving.

We failed to give without asking or expecting anything in return

We failed to give without grumbling.

Which defeats the purpose of giving.

If it is so, why are we still acting like a saint trying to lend a helping hand?

I read that girls should be sweeter to make a better living

And I read that I should be nicer and sweeter toward my boy to make him want to at least do something to make my life better too

I thought I should start from giving more encouragements, I did.

I thought I should listen more to his interests and hobbies, I did.

I changed some ways of communication..tried to SMS him more often..

But it seems so tiring.

There is nothing about school I wanna talk about..

Just yesterday night, I had my first ever terrible experiencce..

I do not know if I was in semi conscious or totally lost consciousness

I felt weak when I stood up after peeing -.-

Heart started beating very very fast and I was grasping for breath

My vision can't focus and it is really terrible cos I can't see properly

My hearing gradually went into a state of silence

I was having cold sweat like a loose water tap

Now, I understand that when you're really weak, you really wish to just close your eyes.

It makes me ponder now..

That if ever that one day when once I close my eyes, I'll never open it again, what would happen?

Would I still feel anything?

It was horrifying while I was in the washroom

A little background information on myself related to the incident:

I was hurt by guys who left me for another girl. She might be prettier or less but the fact is..

They left me.

I was torn apart, I broke down.

I've never thought that I would get so upset and emotional over guys who are not worth a cent.

But I encountered my first. Then second.. then..

For all the reasons, they left me feeling insecure and doubting. They made me feel inferior whenever there is a girl of better quality. This is me, now.

These few days weren't that good for us.

Or rather, for me.

For some trust issues.. some lies that were exposed.

I was wondering if further responsibilities start to kick in..

what would happen?

Even the best falls sometimes..

Even the wrong words seem to rhyme..

I considered a few factors that kept us together.

I want to stay in this shape. I have been eating proper meals every day. Trying to strive the 3meals a day target.

I am doing well so far..

I eat what I want.. whatever time it is..

I don't bother to show that "pass" sign to food anymore.

Unless I really really am still very very bloated.

But surprisingly, I'm hungry almost every meal time.

I know the latter is not very healthy..

Hearing the news, looking at the photographs.. it stabs me right in the heart.

The following ten unhealthy eating habits are easy to break:

1. YOU'RE A CAFFEINE-A-HOLIC!

If you feel that you can't function properly without your usual morning cup of brew or that you can't go a day without it at some point, then YOU are addicted to caffeine. Caffeine consumed in large amounts on a regular basis is one of the most unhealthy and harmful things that you can do to yourself! If you're unsure of whether or not you are addicted to caffeine, test yourself by trying to go without it for 3 days. If you find that you get a headache or that you are very fatigued, then yes, you are addicted to caffeine. Caffeine is an addictive substance that stimulates our central nervous system and in turn affects the function of important vital organs such as our heart, kidneys, and adrenals. Please, if you are abusing caffeine, make an effort to STOP immediately, or to at least cut back. If you have a cup of coffee and begin to get drowsy, LAY OFF FOR AT LEAST A WEEK! You are DESTROYING your adrenal glands! Caffeine can be consumed in a number of forms. Tea, soft drinks, chocolate, and even decaffeinated coffee contains small amounts of it. Reserve this drink for before a workout or other luxurious moments and limit yourself to 4 times a week but never before noon or in the evenings.

2. YOU EAT ONLY FRUITS AND VEGETABLES!

I can't tell you how many women I have encountered who do this. Eating only fruits and vegetables is not the way to go. All you are doing is eating fibrous carbs and simple sugars, thus depriving yourself of the essential nutrients found in protein, fats, and other complex carbohydrates. Most of the time, you are either hungry to the point where you are starving or you feel really bloated, gassy, and are emotionally irregular. If you continue, you will eventually end up with either an inflamed bowel, a serious ulcer, a tiresome physical appearance or a very slow metabolism. You need protein, essential fats and complex carbohydrates for optimal functioning. Fruit and vegetable foods are essential, but you also need slow burning fuel that nourishes you. Do not limit yourself of fats and proteins.

3. YOU RESTRICT YOURSELF TO ONLY 1 MEAL A DAY!

This is alarmingly common. We all know or have met someone who is guilty of this. THIS IS NOT A WEIGHT LOSS SOLUTION. IN THE END, IT WILL ONLY MAKE YOU GAIN WEIGHT! Following this type of eating regimen can be very harmful to your health because again, you are depriving your body from many essential nutrients that can not be consumed in only one meal a day (taking supplements or not). You are not getting the required minerals, essential fats and vitamins that your body needs to be healthy by only one or two food groups. Further, your metabolism will slow right down because you are not giving your body enough calories to work with. When you do increase the number of meals you ingest, you will end up putting weight on, especially if you're not exercising because the metabolism has quit. That's why you bloat. But if you eat more meals regularly, the bloating, and the body fat, will disappear.

4. YOU AVOID MEAT AT ALL COSTS!

If this is you, ask yourself why is it that the majority of fit and lean people today eat meat? If you find that you can't answer this, then why are you depriving yourself of yet another essential nutrient? Because someone told you to? Unless you are a die hard vegetarian or allergic to meat, there's no reason why you shouldn't be eating it. MEAT WILL NOT MAKE YOU FAT OR BULGING WITH MUSCLE IF EATEN IN MODERATION! When cooked to your preference, a nice lean healthy cut of steak is actually good for you. If red meat isn't your thing, then try some other form of protein such as chicken breast, tuna, salmon, etc. Experiment to find the source of protein that works for you. Your bodies need protein for muscle growth, tissue repair and a beautiful healthy appearance. Tofu and cottage cheese counts!

5. YOU ARE ADDICTED TO ASPARTAME!

Please pay special attention to this one because it has now been proven after an extensive amount of research that ASPARTAME can kill you. Most aspartame victims don't have a clue that aspartame may be the cause of their many ailments! Aspartame converts to dangerous byproducts that have no natural counter measures. A dieter's empty stomach accelerates these conversions and amplifies the damage. Components of aspartame go straight to the brain, and this damage causes headaches, mental confusion, blindness, seizures and faulty balance. Don't be fooled by sugar substitutes, they are detrimental to your health. If you must have some form of sweetness for taste, then try STEVIA, an all natural sugar substitute that you can get in either liquid or powder form. Otherwise, you just may go blind.

6. YOU LIVE ON SALADS!

It's funny how so many people still think that eating salads is the only way to lose weight. I remember watching an episode of The Cosby Show once where Bill Cosby aka Dr. Huxtable, was told by his doctor that his cholesterol was high and that he had to watch what he ate. From then on, his wife fed him salads at every meal. The funny thing about it was that with any opportunity that he had to cheat, he would. It made a very humorous episode, but on a serious note, he was experiencing the need for REAL food because his body was, you guessed it, deprived of nutrients not possibly found in salads alone. Salads alone will not fill you up, nor will it keep the weight off.

7. YOU ABUSE SUPPLEMENTS!

A surplus of vitamins alone or, calcium pills, fat burners, meal replacements etc. will not make up for what you don't get through meals. This can be DANGEROUS to your health and even TOXIC. Taking more multivitamin pills will not make up for the nutrition to be gained from eating real food. Aside from the nutrients and minerals you receive from food, it's almost impossible to meet all recommended doses through vitamins alone.

8. YOU NEVER EAT BREAKFAST!

Many of you may have thought that this was also the answer to maintaining your weight. You probably thought it would allow you to have control over your appetite throughout the day. Not true. Not eating breakfast not only deprives you of the nutrients you need to kick start your body each morning but it also leads to the loss of muscle tissue. This in turn will leave you flabby and fat without much muscle tone. The body eats muscle tissue in search of lost nutrients when you are not providing it with sufficient amounts of food and to top it off your metabolism will slow right down again. Even if you start with just small meals, build up slowly and work towards having a full breakfast daily.

9. YOU SKIP MEALS SO YOU CAN EAT MORE LATER!

Many people who claim they do not over eat are still out of shape, even when they exercise daily. It's common, but just as common are people who refuse to accept this is what skipping meals will result in. Again, it only slows the metabolism down. Skip a meal and you set yourself back.

10. YOU ARE OBSESSED WITH COUNTING CALORIES AND FAT GRAMS!

Most women need around 1800 calories a day. Don't limit your fat, but you don't try to see how much you can ingest either. Shooting for 6 meals or snacks of around 250-300 calories each a day and allowing your meals to contain good essential fats is going to do you more good than harm. Don't waste time calculating fat grams and every little calorie ingested, just be sensible about it. The object is to eat enough, not to limit yourself.

I should say.. I'm guilty of some pointers.. I used to think it was my slow metabolism that leads me to eating lesser cos I can't digest the food that I ate hours ago. There might be a possibility that the period when I was low on food intake, I actually harmed my digestive system or something. So ever since, I did not go on proper meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). But from now on, I would try to balance out all 3 meals so that I don't limit myself neither do I over-eat. I think you should start making a change too~! If you're like me (:
